INGREDIENTS

Organic Raspberry Leaf (76%*), Organic Rosehip Granules, Natural Raspberry Flavour. *Average quantity

Infuse 1-2 tea bags in very hot water (not boiling) for 2-10 min. Use up to three times daily. Best consumed without milk. Add honey to sweeten if desired.  

Pregnant women: drink 1 cup daily after 28 weeks, 2 cups daily after 32 weeks and 3 cups daily after 38 weeks.
