• Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 977mg
• Equiv. Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 766mg
• Calcium L-threonate 12.3mg
• Calcium carbonate 11.2mg

Directions

Recommended Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 gram 3 times daily with meals, dissolved in non-acidic fruit juice or water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. 1 gram equals quarter (1/4) metric teaspoon.
