Organic Lion's Mane 100g
Lion's mane powder is derived from Hericium erinaceus, an amazing fungus commonly known as lion's mane mushroom due to its cascading tendrils that resemble the flowing mane of a lion. Found growing on decaying coniferous trees primarily in Asian regions, lion’s mane mushroom has been used for thousands of years by traditional herbalists for its many medicinal purposes. Lion’s mane mushroom is a potent brain and nervous system support, natural mood booster and the ultimate digestive tonic.
Often described as giving one "nerves of steel and the memory of a lion”, lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus), is a powerful nootropic praised for its ability to enhance brain plasticity and function, while also supporting nervous system regulation. It's known for bolstering brain cognition, improving gut health and promoting a healthy stress response, and is especially beneficial for individuals with age-related cognitive decline. With regular use, lion's mane mushroom powder supports neurological well-being, enhancing concentration and reducing brain fog. Like all SuperFeast supplements, we recommend starting with a small dose of lion’s mane extract (around 1/4 teaspoon) and gradually increasing as you see fit. A nice maintenance dose is 1 heaped teaspoon daily. Lion's mane has a delicious taste that resembles honeycomb, burnt butter and dry wood chips – it’s also bioavailable and not temperature sensitive, meaning you can add it to hot or cold foods and drinks. Add one teaspoon of lion's mane powder to your soup or smoothie, sprinkle over salad or add a little to your morning brew!
