Organic growing conditions and sustainable cultivation allows the cacao trees to thrive under the rainforest canopies without the use of pesticides and fertilisers.

Cacao beans provide a rich source of antioxidants and fibre. They also contain calcium, iron and magnesium which contributes to healthy energy metabolism and muscle function. Rich in flavonoids and essential plant based fatty acids and antioxidants, cacao beans are ideal for vegetarian, vegan and keto diets.

Ways to enjoy

Peel then eat as is, lightly roast and grind into coffee, or crush into a powder and add to smoothies, ice cream, muffins, muesli, super balls, nut butters, chia pudding, trail mix and baked goods as a healthier substitute for chocolate chips. The outer shells can be eaten or used to make cacao tea.
