Orally
Recommended serving size is between 2 – 10 drops UNDER the tongue morning and night, wait 40-50 seconds for it to be absorbed. This is the easiest and fastest way to absorb the oil into your bloodstream.
Start with 4 drops morning and night then increase by 1 drop every day if needed.
In addition to taking orally, apply drops on areas of pain as needed.
Caryophyllene falls under the FDA’s “generally recognised as safe” classification, so large servings can be safely consumed.
Please do not stop taking medication that has been prescribed to you by a doctor unless under medical supervision.
TIP – for a longer life of droppers, squirt any oil remaining in the dropper back into the bottle and then screw lightly back on.
